WHAT IS MICROINVASIVE MEDICINE?
Microinvasive procedures use the smallest possible access — often a single millimetre-scale incision under ultrasound or direct vision. They are performed awake, under local anaesthetic, in a standard consulting room rather than an operating theatre.
